Fees paid for psychological assessments, consultations, and counseling sessions are non-refundable once a booking has been approved and payment has been verified. This reflects the professional time, materials, and administrative work committed to your case upon confirmation.

2. Exceptions

A refund or fee credit may be considered, at the clinic's discretion, in the following cases:

• The clinic declines your booking request before any session is conducted.
• The clinic cancels a confirmed session and is unable to offer a suitable alternative schedule.
• A service was paid for but never rendered due to a clinic-side error.

3. Rescheduling Is Not a Refund

If you are unable to attend a confirmed session, you may request a reschedule by contacting the clinic before your scheduled time. Rescheduling does not entitle you to a refund; fees already paid will be applied to the new schedule.

4. No-Shows

Failure to attend a confirmed session without prior notice is treated as a no-show. Fees paid for a no-show session are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Disputed or Unverified Payments

If a payment cannot be verified (e.g. incorrect reference number, no matching transaction), the booking will remain unconfirmed until the matter is resolved with clinic staff. This is not treated as a refund situation since no valid payment has been confirmed.
